Admitted in 1977, trial lawyer Ty Taber is an Arizona and California licensed attorney who focuses his full-time practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical and Professional Malpractice, and General Civil Litigation.

Ty is a sustaining member, past President, and on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association for Justice. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Recognized by his peers, he has been AV rated by Martindale Hubbell since 1995 and selected by Arizona Super Lawyer, Best Lawyers in America, and Arizona’s Finest Lawyers.

A Certified Specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Litigation by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, Ty will be practicing from Burg Simpson’s offices in Phoenix, Arizona.
