Jefferson, CO – Injuries Reported in Car Crash on McIntyre St near W 54th Ave

Jefferson, CO (July 15, 2021) – Authorities were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Unincorporated Jefferson area that ended in injuries. At around 7:29 a.m., on July 15, emergency crews were notified that a crash took place on McIntyre Street.

Reports from local authorities show that a collision between vehicles blocked the intersection of McIntyre Street and West 54th Avenue for over an hour early Thursday morning. The Fairmount Fire Department responded to secure the area with the police. At least one person was transported via ambulance to a local hospital where they underwent medical treatment for injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
