Shane C. Fulton
Shareholder
Shane C. Fulton is a shareholder in Burg Simpson’s Personal Injury Litigation Department. He received a B.A. from Northeastern University in 2010 and graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School in 2013.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Fulton was a litigation associate at a national subrogation firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Over the course of his career, Mr. Fulton has obtained significant recoveries for individuals and businesses damaged by fire, construction defects, and unsafe products. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
Since 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized Shane as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.
