Ryan L. Pardue
Ryan Pardue is licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado. His practice focuses on construction-defect litigation.
Since joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Pardue has successfully represented homeowners’ associations and homeowners in several large construction-defect cases. In 2020 as an example, he served with a trial team that secured a $19.48 million arbitration award, after a 17-day arbitration hearing, for a 17-building, 82-unit townhome community suffering from structural, building-envelope, and civil defects.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Pardue served as a trial attorney at the U.S. Department of Labor where he conducted numerous trials before the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission. Mr. Pardue also served as a Deputy District Attorney in Glenwood Springs, Colorado and he worked in private practice as a civil litigation attorney in Aspen, Colorado.
Mr. Pardue obtained his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in Virginia in 2002 and he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2007. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, cooking, attending minor league baseball and Jacksonville Jaguars’ games, and spending time on the water.
