Douglas, WY – Car Accident with Injuries Reported on I-25 near MM 139

Douglas, WY (August 30, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Douglas area ended in injuries. At around 2:49 p.m., on August 27, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 25.

Reports from the Wyoming Department of Transportation indicate that a collision between vehicles blocked the left lanes of northbound Interstate 25 near mile marker 139. The incident caused some delays in the area as crews worked to clear the roadway.

At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical care. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
